ECI Networks regularly receives questions and concerns from customers asking if the use of 3rd party components including compatible transceivers within switch or router will void their warranty? Here is the fact: 3rd party compatible Transceivers will not void OEM Warranty!
Parts received that fail as per the DOA definitions are replaced by the same part. DOA is defined a functional failure that occurs during initial power-on, installation, or self-test for a unit originally shipped from ECI Networks. For DOA parts, we use the highest and quickest delivery service levels to expedite shipment; usually overnight.
Our offices are opened Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST with guaranteed reply to afterhours queries in one business day. Our Website also includes a Chat session to help insure prompt assistance. Our site also offers a link to log and track support related issues.

Shipping & Returns
The time between when you place your order on www.ecin.ca and when you receive your items is broken up into two phases:
Popular standard SFP, SFP+ transceivers for the following compatible brands (Cisco, Juniper, and others) are in stock and processing time is 1-2 days. For other items, processing time is 2-4 weeks.
Delivery time depends on your location. For most metropolitan cities in Canada and the United States is delivery time is between 1-4 days.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
YYou should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of sending your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund before then. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
